Terms and Conditions – Portable Hyperbaric Chamber
- ‘Chamber(s)’ refers to the hyperbaric chamber, mattress, frame, floor, bolsters, compressors, and hoses sold by Healing Dives, Inc.
- Chambers are not cleared by the FDA for use with oxygen in the United States.
- Chambers are not cleared by the FDA for use above 4 psi in the United States.
- No claims are made as to any medical benefits regarding the Chambers beyond the treatment of acute mountain sickness.
- Buyer will indemnify and hold Healing Dives, Inc. harmless against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or related to their use of the Chamber.
- Healing Dives, Inc.’s option to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price for the Chamber is the Buyer’s exclusive remedy against Healing Dives, Inc. with respect to the Chamber, and Healing Dives, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
- Chambers are warranted for parts and labor for 2 years against defects of workmanship.
- Chambers must be exchanged or returned within 15 days if a refund is desired. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways and credit card processing fees.
