Alex & Derek in the Healing Dives Shallow Chamber

Alex is 3 years old and has autism. Derek is 2 years old and is speech delayed. At the recommendation of their DAN doctor, Celeste, their mom, purchased a portable hyperbaric chamber for them in February of 2009.

Celeste likes to accompany Alex and Derek in the chamber. They spend three hours per day in the chamber at 1.3 ATA. They do 1 ½ hours in the morning and 1 ½ hours at night.

Alex and Derek enjoy watching videos on a portable computer inside the chamber. Celeste brings snacks into the chamber in case they get hungry.
